PP Filament Nonwoven Geotextile is made from 100% high strength polypropylene (PP) filament yarn. This permeable fabric has the properties to separate, filter, reinforce, protect, or drain. Compared with PET filament nonwoven geotextile, PP filament nonwoven geotextile has higher physical properties and better chemical performance. PP material itself has superior chemical resistance and heat endurance properties. It is an eco-friendly construction material.
Shanghai Yingfan Environmental Engineering company is a comprehensive geosynthetics supplier in China. Our products can be widely used in a lot of civil engineering projects such as water conservancy, hazardous waste landfill, tailing waste containment, airport construction, high speed railway construction, etc.
PP Filament Nonwoven Geotextile Introduction
PP filament nonwoven geotextile is spunbonded needle punched geotextile. It is produced by Italy and Germany imported advanced equipment. With the advanced spinning equipment, the filament fineness can reach more than 11 dtex, and strength can reach more than 3.5g/d. Its performance is far higher than our national standard GB/T17639-2008.
In virtue of the superior physical properties and good chemical stability of PP geotextile, it can be applied to any geotechnical engineering environment, especially the alkali environment. Polyester geotextile will be gradually decomposed and strength decrease sharply under alkaline conditions, so using polyester geotextile will cause safety risks of the project.

PP Filament Nonwoven Geotextile Application:
PP filament nonwoven geotextile can be applied to a lot of geotechnical engineering environment such as highway, railway(HSR), airport, seaport, landfill, tailings dam, fly ash landfill, ash dam ppl, artificial wetlands, rivers and lakes governance, reservoirs, canals, land reclamation, sewage treatment works etc. It is most suitable to be applied in alkali conditions such as heap leaching ponds, landfill, tailing waste dam, ash dam, these anti-seepage or reinforcement projects with direct contact with cement in water conservancy or transportation, etc.
FAQ
Q1: Can we make the geotextile with unit weight of below 100gsm?
A1: At least 90gsm please.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: For available stock of PP filament nonwoven geotextile, 2000m2 is our MOQ. But for short stock of our ordinary products, our MOQ is 7 tons for ordinary specification.
Q3: Can you produce biodegradable geotextile?
A3: Yes, we can but usually we have MOQ of 10 tons request.
PP filament nonwoven geotextile producers are controlled by just several suppliers in the world. So when a buyer is sourcing this product, it is better to learn more of this product, especially its technical data. We can provide any supports for your inquiry.
