HDPE Geomembrane Liner Introduction
Our supplied HDPE geomembrane liner is an impervious homogenous sheet rolls manufactured by 97.5% HDPE resin and few amounts of “CARBOT” carbon black with antioxidants, anti-aging agent, UV absorber, and other adjuvant. The processing way is advanced blown film geomembranes processing way.
For this processing way, due to the weight of the vertical column of film, the blown film process tends to introduce a degree of balanced orientation to the liner. Molecular orientation can improve the mechanical properties of the liner. So, the blow film method can generate a higher performance geomembrane than flat-die manufactured liner.
HDPE geomembrane liner is featured with quite low permeability (1x10-17 cm/s), excellent chemical resistance, optimum strength and elongation behavior, and long service life for their applications, especially those ones without sunshine exposure.

Hydraulic and Civil Engineering Application: Seepage control of rivers/lakes/reservoirs/embankments/channels/dams, vertical walls, slopes protection, lining for emergency spillways, etc.
Municipal Works Application: Subway, buildings beneath engineering projects, waterproofing engineering of roof reservoirs and gardens, sewage pipe lining, etc.

A1: Recently, we have dealer network in aquaculture industry in Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka and Chile. In other parts of the world, we do not have dealer right now and we are seeking suitable distributor to develop together.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
A2: For available stock of HDPE geomembrane smooth product, one roll is our MOQ. But for short stock of our ordinary products, our MOQ is one ton.
Q3: Can you provide a test report based on our requirements and pointed or preferred third party test organization?
A3: We can provide any test report which was made by ourselves or our clients. For the pointed or requested test report, it is paid by clients themselves.
