Tailing Waste Dam and Leaching Pond Lining Project in Congo
In 2014, our company undertake the lining project of tailing waste dam and leaching pond in Congo.
Most parts of Congo are in tropical climate with average weather degree of 27.8°c. The weather is hot and wet with strong ultraviolet. Considering this location and climate conditions, our YINGFAN company used combination of bentonite GCL, HDPE geomembrane and geotextile as the composit leakage prevention system in our contracted tailing waste pond and leaching pond project. This containment system could totally make sure the engineering quality and usage life span. The leaching pond base were all concrete lined as the lining base of our hdpe geomembrane.
