Shrimp Ponds Lining Project in Pulau Seram Ireland in Indonesia
Since 2014, we started to provide 0.5mm and 0.75mm thick HDPE geomembrane liners to the shrimp ponds lining project in Pulau Seram Ireland in Indonesia. Meanwhile, we sent several technical installers to provide installation and training services for our client.
This big shrimp farm is owned by Kingyond Group, which is a very famous enterprise in Indonesia. This farm is located in an uninhabited island but it is a very suitable place for shrimp farming. The water quality and climate are suitable for shrimp farming and the shrimp tastes quite good. This farm occupies about 6000 hectares and includes more than 5000 shrimp ponds. In this island, the owner has their own refrigeration plant and the harvest shrimps will be directly frozen, processed and packaged in this plant. Finally, the shrimp will be shipped to market.
Until now, our company is still providing our HDPE pond liner products to this shrimp farm.
